MR. MOHAMMAD SHAHADAT HOSSAIN, CMILT, Certified International Forwarder (CIF), is the CEO of CGATE Navigation Limited. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK), he brings over 15 years of expertise in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management.
Before joining CGATE, he served as Deputy General Manager at SICHO Group, where he led finance, business development, and company secretarial functions. He played a pivotal role in handling mega-projects like the Padma Multipurpose Bridge and Dhaka Elevated Expressway.
Previously, he worked at DHL Global Forwarding Bangladesh Ltd for 8 years, earning multiple awards, including Employee of the Year (2011) and recognition for credit control excellence. He has hands-on experience in ISO standards, Six Sigma, and 3PL warehouse implementation for global clients like Dell, Lenovo, and Nestle.
A professional Income Tax Lawyer and part-qualified Chartered Accountant, he holds an LLB and a Master's in Commerce. His expertise spans contract management, import-export regulations, and corporate governance.
